Sachse is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sachse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The ice cream is absolutely delicious. The downside is the staff throws away half of the ice cream instead of stacking it on for the customers. Itβs a loss we pay for it, the business loses and we lose when they throw away the excess. Itβs too expensive for that unfortunately as much as I love it π I will just buy my own ingredients and make it at home.

Ice cream was good. Customer service could improve. No verbal greeting. Only welcomed with pouty faces because it was 30 minutes prior to closing. Beware of the hours of operations. I saw the sign says they close at 9pm. I sat with my daughter and it was 8:40 and an employee called out to me from behind the counter stating they close at 8:50 pm. She could have walked around to my table to talk to me. That was unprofessional. Might as well have handed her a megaphone to announce their βearlyβ closing time. I proceeded to move outside and finish eating so I could get out of their way so cleaning could be done. I completely understand there is cleaning that needs to be done prior to closing, but if you plan on closing at a certain time, then you should update your hours of operation online and on your front door. I highly doubt the management isnβt aware their employees are shutting down operations early so they can go home early. I witnessed at least 2 more parties trying to open the door before the βactualβ closing time of 9:00 pm. A little side note. There are about a gazillion signs posted about not accepting Apple Pay or Tap to Pay but no signs posted abo itβs closing 10 minute

I never leave bad reviews. We come here often. We went in yesterday and they were not busy at all. As we were eating, my son got thirsty. He stood at the counter for 3-5 minutes and no one helped him. A lady came in behind him and asked a question and they waited on her and completely ignored my son standing there. Before we left, I went to the counter to get a to go lid. The worker was sitting in a chair with air pods in and on his phone. He looked up at me standing at the counter, didnβt say a word, and looked back down at his phone. I had to say βexcuse meβ for him to acknowledge me. Even then, he didnβt say a word, just got a lid and handed it to me. Didnβt even say youβre welcome when I said thank you.

Go anywhere else for ice cream. Seriously. Dropped to 1 star. They said to reach out and never replied. They don't care, a reply just looks good on reviews. Probably the worst cold stone I've been to. It was dirty. No greeting as we walked in. Was trying to get my kids order situated and the girl asked me if I was ready yet. Bathroom has watered down soap, and a sink that constantly runs. Sons said their bathroom was dirty and had no cold water. Every table was gross and sticky. Floors were nasty too. I'll go to Baskin Robbins next time. Ice cream was kind of meh for $30 and the attitudes in there matched. Pretty warm in there so the ice cream was immediately melting everywhere. Pretty bad when your kids don't want ice cream if we mention this place.

I buy the same icecream everytime when I go to Cold Stones, this branch just had the flavor better than others. There are places to sit, and more than enough parking spaces. There is also a park nearby to take a walk while enjoying your ice cream. The only downside I can say is there could be more people to prepare ice creams. We came in a calm day, but I can imagine the line on busy days.
